AI for Social Change: practical AI skills for NGOs and civil society

Part of AI for Social Change, coordinated by TechSoup with support from Google.org to help civil society use AI responsibly.

Our workshop in Kenya gives NGOs, community and civic-tech organisations and social enterprises a practical, non-technical grounding: prompt engineering, how generative AI works, AI-assisted research and workflows, information integrity, digital safety, deepfakes and scams. Participants bring a real challenge to work on, with human judgment and verification in charge.
